I know nothing about this it was found in a cuboard and I’ve tried to translate the tag into English and it keeps leading back to a nursery and elementary school for the blind in Budapest, unsure if it was made by pupils or for the school I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♂️ but it’s a lovely item with tag and it’s looking for a new home, any questions just message me but I’m sorry I can’t be anymore helpful with translation, see pics many thanks Chris
