Gorgeous Natural Citrine 14K Gold Cluster Ring, Flower Ring in Gold.

A one of a kind handmade designer 14K gold ring circa 1950 set with gorgeous natural emerald cut madeira citrines.

This amazing asymmetric vintage citrine ring is a beautiful work of art. It looks absolutely beautiful from every angle it is viewed on the hand.

The design is exuberant and luxurious reminding me of old Hollywood glamour from the 1940s and 1950s. It really is a very sexy statement ring from the period.

To make this ring by hand would have taken around 25 hours of a master goldsmiths time. There is no casting or die cutting just a labor of love.

Today we rarely see this quality and sadly most "handmade" rings are cast then polished but not handmade at all and were manufactured using CAD computer imaging design software with molds printed and cast. Stones can even be cast in place and not even set by hand! That means the stones are likely to be lost and the claws are brittle and uneven. These CAD rings do not have the quality of handmade gold rings and are unlikely to be able to be passed onto future generations but rather will be scrapped because of the porosity of the metal and other factors of casting using this cheap technology. This handmade ring is quality and will stand the test of time. It is an heirloom jewel like no other.

I love the loupe clean honey madeira emerald cut fine natural citrines which are set in this piece. The color of these fine gems is warm, intense and classic.

The stunning citrine set top of the ring measures 15/16" long by 15/16" wide by 1/2" tall off the finger (23.5mm x 23.0mm x 13.0mm).

Inside the shank it is clearly marked 14K gold.

It is currently a size 7 3/4 USA sizing and can be resized.

This heirloom quality natural citrine cluster ring is in lovely condition and is ready to gift or to wear.

Full appraisal documents come with this silver screen worthy modernist ring.

It will be sent in a fine ring presentation box ready for gifting and for safe keeping forever.

The photos form part of the description. Like all colored stones there is a color variation that occurs in different lighting conditions both inside but also outside, even the time of day can make the color of a stone appear a little different. We do our best to show colors as we see them. Color perception is highly individual and some people can perceive more colors than others, also colors can appear somewhat different on different screens and devices due to variations in screen hardware and device display settings.
