SHIPPING:

We ship all of our items through USPS First Class or Priority Mail on the same day for all orders placed before 1pm EST.

RETURNS:

We accept all returns.
All returns must be done through eBay and have the approval before sending back to us.

For FULL REFUND: 
  • Items must be in the same condition that it was shipped. If new, item must be in original packaging UNOPENED and in ORIGINAL Packaging.
  • If you have opened a Brand New item and need to return, We will charge a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.

For OPEN ITEMS: 
  • If item was sold as Open Box or Used, we will accept the return and inspect for any defect or missing part. Once all is confirmed as good, we will issue the full refund. Process usually takes 1-3 business Days.
  • Damaged or missing parts items will not be accepted or refunded, please make sure you pack the items well and include all accessories, we will check.
  • Make sure that the item is in the same condition it was shipped to you.
