* There're two QR Codes on the black Bluetoorh receiver box, scan the QR Code to download the app. 
* If you have problems by scan the QR code to download, please download the app BLEDIM directly on Google lay Store for Andriod phone (Over Andriod 4.3),  iPhone can download directly on App Store.
* Must be sure the Bluetooth is opened on your phone and lights are power on,then click the top left button to search the signal.

Shipping and Handling:
  • All orders will be sent by DHL or FedEx to USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc, taking about 3-7 business days.
  • If your address are remote area, there will be $30 for the extra shipping cost. We will ship by China Post if you don't want to pay the extra cost (it will take about 30 days.)
  • All orders will be handled within 2 business days from Monday to Friday, except Chinese holiday.
  • Some places will need customs fee/import tax, please do not buy if you are not willing to pay it.
Return Policy:
  • Please contact us within 7 days after you get the goods, if there are any problems in our products, and show clear pictures or video as request.
  • After we have confirmed the problems (not human-destroyed), then we will replace a new one to you, shipped by China Post. You can choose DHL or FedEx in the case you cannot wait, but you will need to cover the cost -- about $30.
  • We can accept a return if you don't like our whips, but you will need to pay shipping back. All return must be in brand new condition, with original packing, and items.
