Condition | Used records are graded according to the following ranking:
[Record quality] The record quality is basically visual, but any noticeable scratches will be inspected.
- [M] - The LP is as close to new as possible.
- [NM] - There is some visible signs of handling, but there is not much effect on the sound.
- [EX] - There are thin and small scratches, and there are some noises, but it is not so noticeable.
- [VG] - Rubbing and scratches are seen and the sound is affected, but it does not interfere with the appreciation.
- [G] - Visible scratches throughout, and there are obvious noises in playback.
- [F] - A lot of scratches and a lot of noise, record might be warped or does not track correctly.
[Record jacket] Please also see the jacket image (both front and back) for your reference. Example - Damaged corners, rubbing, writing, tearing, etc.
- [M] - The jacket as close to new as possible.
- [NM] - There is some visible signs of handling, but they are not easily noticeable.
- [EX] - There are small scratches, light corner dents, or light crease mark.
- [VG] - Rubbing and scratches are seen, may have fraying, moderate corner dents, or writing on the surface.
- [G] - Visible scratches throughout, and there are obvious damage such as water marks or edge tears.
- [F] - A lot of scratches and damages, jacket missing or torn.
Regarding the notation, there are differences in how each individual feels, so please consider it as a guide.
