This 16mm inner rotor brushless motor, body length 32mm, the appearance motor is scratched by transportation, like photo. 
The motor is relatively high-end, all aluminum alloy shell CNC processing, motor front and rear ball bearings, 
built-in Hall type brushless motor, rotor is 4 It is composed of a piece of rare earth neodymium magnet, 
the magnetic force is very strong, and the reluctance of the motor shaft is obvious when rotating the motor shaft manually. 
This motor does not have a drive, so it needs an external brushless drive to run.

The motor should be nominally used at DC 12V, and the measured voltage can also be used between DC 8V-18V. 
The measured speed is as follows:
Voltage DC 8V, no-load current 0.08A, no-load speed 5600 rpm.
The voltage is DC 12V, the no-load current is 0.13A, and the no-load speed is 8200 rpm.
The voltage is DC 18V, the no-load current is 0.16A, and the no-load speed is 12000 rpm.
The motor weighs about 23 grams.
