Items sold are guaranteed for 14 days,[shipping not included.], for a full refund if found to be not as described. Items without a recent certificate [2013 or later] can be put on extension until a certificate from the Philatelic Foundation [PFC], Professional Stamp Experts [PSE] or
American Philatelic Society [APS]
can be obtained. Items must be paid in full before submitting for a certificate, and can be put on extention for up to eleven[11] weeks. If an item is found not to be as described, a full refund, including the cost of the certificate, will be issued. If a return is desired, an eMail must be received within 14 days of receipt. Extention items must also have notification
within 14 days.
