For your consideration is a lovely fourteen-piece LIMOGES Enamel Salts & Knife Rests Table Set in Original Fitted Case by Marylou Fauvet, circa 1930’s.
Made in France, the set is made of enameled copper with a
beautiful mix of pink and red colors. Includes two salts and
twelve knife rests with original fitted display box. Each piece is signed “MaryLou,
Limoges” in gold, the box has retailer mark on the inside lid.
The set is in very good antique condition free
of any repairs and show little to no use. One of the rests has an approx. inch ¼
chip in the enamel on the underside and a few rests have hairline cracks in the
enameling which really doesn’t distract from this amazing set. The box appears
to be intact for the most part but does show age and handling related wear.
