I am a firm believer in reuse, renew, recycle, so don't be surprised when your item comes in a reused box or package (but not always). If you need additional pictures please let me know. Typically when you see the order is packaged, it will be in the mail that day, or as soon as the post office opens. Most items will have tracking on them.
