• We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery (unless noted in description).

• Refunds are issued within 1-3 days after receiving product and after verifying no defects or damages caused by customer.

• Used Items must be returned in the same working/cosmetic condition when received. 

• New items must be returned unopened and unused otherwise there is a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping.

• NO returns if device is modified or warranty sticker is removed. Liquid, misuse, accidental damage is also not covered.

• We inspect all returns for matching serial numbers, defects and damages.
