Sulfuric acid has been reclassified as a regulated substance. As of February 1, 2021, individuals wishing to acquire, own or use sulfuric acid above a concentration of 15% will need a special license to do so. This means that it will be a crime to buy or own a motorcycle battery not filled with a separate acid pack without a valid license, as the electrolyte contains sulfuric acid above 15% concentration. If you have a valid license, write a message inside the ebay order and contact us to receive the appropriate form. This new procedure will be necessary only in the first purchase phase. For the subsequent ones it will be sufficient to indicate that the form has already been registered in our systems.
