Squeeze 1cm dye into a glass container. Add drop by drop of Beauty Expert 6 volume 2% Oxidant until a creamy consistency is reached. Mix well and stir into a smooth paste. Please refer to the Julienne eyelash and brow tint leaflet for further instructions.
