The Flaming Coals Dual Fuel Spit Roaster 1000 gives you the ability to cook with charcoal for full, robust, traditional flavour along with the option to cook solely with gas should the need arise when you can't cook with solid fuel or you forget to buy your charcoal. This spit roaster is perfect for cooking up to 10kg of chickens, rolled roasts or gyros and comes with a handy hood to help cook your food faster when on gas and protect it from those pesky guests and their picky fingers.

Orders placed before 2 pm will generally be dispatched the same working day. Otherwise depending on which courier we use to dispatch your item and their cut off times, the item may be dispatched the following day before 12 pm. If there are going to be any delays beyond this, we will give you a call to provide you with an ETA.

The courier we use will vary depending on your location. The range of couriers we use includes Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT, Allied Express, Border Express or Startrack Express. Regardless of the carrier we use, you will be provided with a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your parcel.

Please make a note in the "Address Line 2" field stating whether the Courier can leave it at the front door, under a carport or another safe place. This will save you time chasing the parcel if you are not home at the time of delivery.

If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or you not contacting the courier to arrange a re-delivery, you will be liable for paying the re-delivery charge. Alternatively, you can collect from our store. Please contact us via eBay messaging for the pickup address.

If the item you are ordering includes free freight, please note that free freight is only to metropolitan areas in Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane/Adelaide/Hobart or major regional towns in VIC/NSW/QLD/SA/TAS. If you are not in this area, please contact us before check-in gout

60-day Change of Mind Policy

BBQ Spit Rotisseries has a 60-day Change of Mind returns policy for UNUSED items. Used items cannot be returned under this policy

WHAT can be returned?

All unused products can be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase providing they are in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for paying any freight charges.

Packing materials?

If the item was sold in a printed box, the original packaging is required so that the item can be re-sold. If the items were sold in bubble wrap or non-printed generic boxes, any packaging is acceptable as long as the items are securely packaged so that the item is not damaged during transit

12-24 Month Product Warranty Policy

The below policy applies to any items covered by a 12-24 month warranty.

A large number of our products are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. Some even come with a 24-month warranty such as Flaming Coals branded products.

The product warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of being dropped, exposed to the elements, tampering, mishandling or misuse. Stainless steel is not immune to rusting/pitting and is therefore not covered under warranty.

All our products have been tested and deemed suitable for domestic use only. Our products are not intended for commercial use and using these products commercially reduced the warranty to 30 days. 

The warranty does not cover the postal cost, insurance and any other incidental charges.

Before returning your item, please contact us through eBay messaging to briefly explain the problem. If after speaking to our customer service team you are advised that the item needs to be referred to a technician, please pack it carefully and enclose proof of the date purchased, a brief explanation of the problem, your contact details and any other information which may support your claim. Please contact us for the address to send warranty claims to.

Repair/Replacement?

If our technicians determine that the fault is due to a manufacturing fault (not customer misuse or neglect) and are unable to fix the product defect and return the item to you, a replacement will be issued. Alternatively, you may be given the option of a suitable alternative or an upgrade.

Repair timeframe?

The industry standard for completing any work under warranty is 28 days and we will certainly adhere to this standard. All our repairs are performed onsite and are usually able to be assessed within 72 hours. Please note that due to competing work priorities, our technicians may not be available to assess your product immediately on the spot if you choose to bring it into our store.

Did the item assess and deemed not faulty?

If our technicians assess the returned item and determine that the item is not faulty a refund, credit or replacement will not be issued and customers will be required to pay for all shipping charges before the item will be returned to them.

The sooner payment is received, the sooner we can ship the item to you. In most circumstances, if payment is received prior to 2 pm, we will ship the same day. Otherwise, your item will be shipped the following business day. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by message or by phone to let you know and give you the option to cancel or wait for the item to arrive.
