These are an axle set of front brake pads by Veco part number VA523

The pads are 117.5 mm long, 65.5 mm high and a thickness of 17.5 mm. 

Applications are:

ROVER

214 inc 16V without ABS and with solid discs October 1989 - December 1995

218 Diesel and Turbo Diesel without ABS and with solid discs March 1991 - 1996

414 without ABS and with solid discs  March 1990 - May 1995

418 Diesel and Turbo Diesel without ABS and with solid discs March 1991 - 1996

HONDA

 Concerto 1.4, 1.5 1989 - 1994
