The mechatronics has been refurbished, tested on the bench and in road conditions inside the car up to 100 km. The clutches are installed new from the company LUK (SCHAEFFLER. If you order a complete gearbox, it is also filled with new, original oils. In other words, we offer a gearbox ready for installation.

You get a 1-year warranty, so you don't have to worry that you will be left alone after the purchase. We provide support at every stage. We provide advices to mechanics about installation and activating (if necessary). We attach instructions to each gearbox.

During the regeneration process, we eliminate well-known manufacturing defects that contribute to damage. This process significantly extends the life of the gearbox. The item is disassembled into individual elements, cleaned and checked for wear and damage. Worn, missing and non-functioning components are replaced with new or refurbished components.

WE SHIP ABROAD!

Our experience in automatic transmissions (especially this type) is many years old. In the past, we were also an authorized Seat service center. Now we are an independent workshop cooperating with VW. We use high-class diagnostic equipment, including equipment with the ODIS diagnostic program.

Each gearbox is matched to the vehicle's VIN number and prepared especially for your car.

You must send us your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) before or after placing your order. Thanks to this, we will be able to match the gearbox to your vehicle (appropriate gear ratios, appropriate housing, and the mechatronics programmed with the vehicle's VIN number and many other important parameters). Thanks to these processes, you can be sure that the gearbox will fit your car.

How do we do it?

There are many options. It all depends on the customer's preferences. It is best to send us the VIN number to find out the details. 

FIRST option* – buy a gearbox and pay an additional deposit of EUR 700. In this version, you don't have to send the old gearbox back to us first, only at a later time. This is the option most often chosen by our clients.
1. You buy the gearbox on Ebay and pay an additional EUR 700 deposit (refundable) via bank account or PayPal. 
2. We send you the refurbished gearbox as well as information with estimated delivery time and installation instructions. In this case, the mechatronic software is adapted to the vehicle's VIN number - not your original one.
3. You receive the gearbox from the Raben courier company. For example, transport in Poland takes 1 business day, and to Germany or Austria 2-4 business days.
4. The workshop must install it in accordance with the instructions included with the gearbox. It is good that these are people who already have experience in assembling these gearboxes.
5. Once the workshop installs it in the vehicle and everything works properly, please let us know when we can collect the old gearbox from you. After setting the date, you also receive information on how to prepare the gearbox for shipment and how to print the waybill. This will allow the transport company to collect the old gearbox from you. You don't need to pay extra cost for this transportation.
6. After receiving the old gearbox in our workshop, we check it and send you a EUR 700 refundable deposit.
7. From now on, you can enjoy a vehicle in which the gearbox works flawlessly.

SECOND option* – buy a gearbox and send us your old gearbox first. This option does not require a deposit (deposit). In this option, we can also (ON REQUEST) regenerate your gearbox. This option also occurs if the mechatronics has component protection (immobilizer)
1. You buy a gearbox on Ebay.
2. We collect the old gearbox from you with Raben transport company. You also receive information from us on how to prepare such a gearbox for shipping and a waybill to print. You don't need to pay extra cost for this transportation.
3. After receiving the old gearbox, we send you the refurbished gearbox that you purchased. We then also send information with the estimated delivery time. In this case, the software is downloaded from your mechatronic to the mechatronic you purchased together with the gearbox – so it is original.
4. You receive the gearbox via the Raben courier company. For example, transport in Poland takes 1 business day, and to Germany or Austria 2-4 business days.
5. The workshop must install it in accordance with the instructions included with the gearbox. It is good that these are people who already have experience in assembling these gearboxes.
6. From now on, you can enjoy a vehicle in which the gearbox works flawlessly.

THIRD option - buy a gearbox without returning the old one. This option is more expensive.
1. You agree on the cost of the gearbox with us in advance if you do not want to return your old one.
2. We create an individual auction for you on Ebay with a fixed price.
3. You are purchasing a gearbox from this Ebay auction.
4. We send you the refurbished gearbox as well as information with the estimated delivery time.
5. You receive the gearbox via the Raben courier company. For example, transport in Poland takes 1 business day, and to Germany or Austria 2-4 business days.
6. The workshop must install it in accordance with the instructions included with the gearbox. It is good that these are people who already have experience in assembling these gearboxes.
7. From now on, you can enjoy a vehicle in which the gearbox works flawlessly.

*IMPORTANT- These prices assume that you return your old gearbox to us. The only condition is that the old gearbox cannot be damaged after an accident, with holes or seized because someone drove it without oil. However, if your gearbox has such damage, please contact us for an individual quote. It's best to send photos of this damage. This is due to the fact that such permanent damage does not allow us to use these parts for further regenerations.

** There are also markings for this gearbox whose mechatronics have component protection (Immobilizer). In this case, the old gearbox must be with us first. These are most often newer car models from 2014 and up, but there are also exceptions. You don't have to worry about it, if you send us the VIN number, we will show you what gearbox you have and various purchase options. This may seem complicated, but it isn't.

What is the waiting time?

A very important factor here is the number of orders for a given period. Sometimes shipping takes place within 2-3 business days of placing the order, and sometimes it takes up to 7.

Speed does not equal quality. The gearbox goes through several stages before being shipped. After the mechatronic is regenerated, it is tested in road conditions. In addition, we install the proven, regenerated mechatronic and new LUK clutch on the gearbox, which we adjust. We fill the gearbox with oil and make initial settings (adaptation of the clutches) on the machine. Thanks to this, we are sure that our product is 100% functional.

We also warn against used "efficient" gearboxes that can be found at auctions. The most important thing is this three-letter code, 0AM, DSG, DQ200 is a very general description that fits many vehicles from the VW group. Of course, it may happen that you will find a used gearbox from disassembly that will fit your car and will be functional, but this is often fraught with high risk. There is no such risk with us, you receive a 1-year warranty.

Während des Regenerationsprozesses beseitigen wir bekannte Herstellungsfehler, die zu Schäden führen. Dieser Vorgang verlängert die Lebensdauer des Getriebes erheblich. Der Artikel wird in einzelne Elemente zerlegt, gereinigt und auf Verschleiß und Beschädigungen überprüft. Abgenutzte, fehlende und nicht funktionierende Komponenten werden durch neue oder generalüberholte Komponenten ersetzt.

Dadurch sind wir in der Lage, das Getriebe an Ihr Fahrzeug anzupassen (passende Übersetzungsverhältnisse, passendes Gehäuse und die Mechatronik ist mit der VIN-Nummer des Fahrzeugs und vielen anderen wichtigen Parametern programmiert). Wie machen wir uns?

ERSTE Option* – Getriebe kaufen und zusätzlich 700 Euro Kaution hinterlegen. Bei dieser Variante müssen Sie das alte Getriebe nicht erst, sondern erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt an uns zurückschicken. Dies ist die von unseren Kunden am häufigsten gewählte Option.
1. Sie kaufen das Getriebe bei Ebay und zahlen zusätzlich 700 EUR Kaution (erstattungsfähig) per Bankkonto oder PayPal.
2. Wir senden Ihnen die generalüberholten Getriebe sowie Informationen mit voraussichtlicher Lieferzeit und Einbauhinweisen zu.In diesem Fall wird die Mechatronik-Software mit der VIN-Nummer des Fahrzeugs abgeglichen – nicht mit Ihrer Original-VIN.
3. Sie erhalten das Getriebe vom Kurierdienst Raben. Beispielsweise dauert der Transport in Polen 1 Werktag und nach Deutschland oder Österreich 2-4 Werktage.
4. Die Autowerkstatt muss es gemäß der dem Getriebe beiliegenden Anleitung einbauen. Es ist gut, dass es sich um Leute handelt, die bereits Erfahrung in der Montage dieser Getriebe haben.
5. Sobald die Werkstatt es in das Fahrzeug eingebaut hat und alles ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, teilen Sie uns bitte mit, wann wir das alte Getriebe bei Ihnen abholen können. Nach der Datumseinstellung erhalten Sie außerdem Informationen, wie Sie das Getriebe für den Versand vorbereiten und den Frachtbrief ausdrucken. Dadurch kann das Transportunternehmen das alte Getriebe bei Ihnen abholen. Für diesen Transport müssen Sie keine zusätzlichen Kosten zahlen.
6. Nach Erhalt des alten Getriebes in unserer Werkstatt prüfen wir es und überweisen Ihnen eine rückzahlbare Kaution in Höhe von 700 EUR.

3. Sie erwerben in dieser Ebay-Auktion ein Getriebe.
4. Wir senden Ihnen die generalüberholten Getriebe sowie Informationen mit der voraussichtlichen Lieferzeit zu.
5. Sie erhalten das Getriebe über den Kurierdienst Raben. Beispielsweise dauert der Transport in Polen 1 Werktag und nach Deutschland oder Österreich 2-4 Werktage.

*WICHTIG: Bei diesen Preisen wird davon ausgegangen, dass Sie Ihr altes Getriebe an uns zurücksenden. Einzige Bedingung ist, dass das alte Getriebe nach einem Unfall nicht beschädigt, löchrig oder festgefressen sein darf, weil jemand es ohne Öl gefahren hat. Sollte Ihr Getriebe dennoch einen solchen Schaden aufweisen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte für ein individuelles Angebot. Schicken Sie am besten Fotos von diesem Schaden. Dies liegt daran, dass diese bleibenden Schäden es uns nicht ermöglichen, diese Teile für eine weitere Regeneration zu nutzen.

** Auch für dieses Getriebe, dessen Mechatronik über einen Komponentenschutz (Wegfahrsperre) verfügt, gibt es Kennzeichnungen. In diesem Fall muss zunächst das alte Getriebe bei uns sein. Dabei handelt es sich meist um neuere Automodelle ab Baujahr 2014, es gibt aber auch Ausnahmen. Sie müssen sich darüber keine Sorgen machen, wenn Sie uns Ihre VIN-Nummer senden, zeigen wir Ihnen, welches Getriebe Sie haben und welche Kaufoptionen es gibt. Wie hoch ist die Wartezeit?
Ein sehr wichtiger Faktor hierbei ist die Anzahl der Bestellungen für einen bestimmten Zeitraum. Manchmal erfolgt der Versand innerhalb von 2-3 Werktagen nach der Bestellung, manchmal dauert es bis zu 7. 

Geschwindigkeit ist nicht gleich Qualität. Das Getriebe durchläuft vor dem Versand mehrere Stufen. Nachdem die Mechatronik regeneriert ist, wird sie unter Straßenbedingungen getestet. Darüber hinaus verbauen wir die bewährte, regenerierte Mechatronik und neue LUK-Kupplungen am Getriebe, die wir einstellen. Wir füllen das Getriebe mit Öl und nehmen erste Einstellungen an der Maschine vor. Dadurch sind wir sicher, dass unser Produkt zu 100 % funktionsfähig ist.

Wir warnen auch vor gebrauchten „effizienten“ Getrieben, die auf Auktionen zu finden sind. Das Wichtigste ist dieser Drei-Buchstaben-Code, 0AM, DSG, DQ200 ist eine sehr allgemeine Beschreibung, die auf viele Fahrzeuge aus dem VW-Konzern passt. Natürlich kann es vorkommen, dass Sie aus der Demontage ein gebrauchtes Getriebe finden, das zu Ihrem Auto passt und funktionsfähig ist, aber das ist oft mit einem hohen Risiko verbunden. Bei uns besteht dieses Risiko nicht, Sie erhalten 1 Jahr Garantie.
