We have in-put a level guide for you.

we recommend building up your strength levels, if you have not used a hand grip before then 100lb is the default one we would recommend, so not to end up with injuries. These hand grippers are not so easy to close.


RESISTANCE RANGE:

100lb Beginner.

150lb intermediate.

200lb Advanced, hard level.

250lb Advanced, Very hard.

300lb Advanced, Extremely hard.



Shipping
All our orders are shipped Via Royal Mail.
We aim to ship all orders the same working day if purchased before 2pm. Orders purchased after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail 1st class (Free). We also offer an express delivery option for an added cost. Despatch days are Monday-Friday, excluding Weekends and Bank holidays.
