Most items are “NEW” in box, some are “OPEN BOX” or “USED” for trades shoes or display. * nothing was used domestically!
🤷🏼♀️😜Wax is tricky to store & ship so please don’t message after delivery asking for $ off if you notice spillage or wax on label **Please note with Wax I cannot guarantee the temperature during shipping & transit & Condition of plastic packaging may have a wax residue spillage - I cannot control this.😜 There may be residue on the wax labels. If the wax is soft when u receive it, this is common as a consultant we are instructed to place packaging in fridge/ freezer for a few minutes ( away from food) then use as normal. Wax will wipe from plastic packaging. Wax is hardy it will still be lovely in your warmers.
Some Scentsy products may have been set out for display at trade shows. Most come with bulbs, if not; they are easily replaced. 25 or 20 watt bulbs for warmers 15 watt for plugins. You do not have to buy Scentsy brand bulbs 💡
I DO NOT put Scent PAKS inside buddy’s due to allergies or sensitivities.
They can be purchased separately thou 🦄
