Payments

We accept PayPal payments from buyers with PayPal verified accounts and confirmed addresses.

Delivery 

Most of our orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after cleared payment. Please remember delivery charges in the listing are for UK MAINLAND only. Also items can be collected in person when asked. Items less then 1500g will be shipped by Royal Mail , larger items or parcels more than 2kg will shipped by courier.

Return policy details

All items must be returned in the condition they were received in within 14 days of being received by the buyer. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded except where it is agreed by us that we will accept a return to ascertain if a product might be faulty.  At this point we will specify the manner in which the item is to be returned to us. We may then refund a reasonable amount of postage (at our discretion and no more than our outgoing costs of posting the item to the buyer). Unless otherwise directed by us please return items via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery and obtain free proof of posting for your reference. If you are not happy with the product please return it within 14 days of receipt in perfect condition and in the original packaging with the invoice. We will then be happy to exchange or refund the item value minus cost of postage. All refunds must be requested through eBay “return this item” process. To exchange an item you will need to make an additional payment to cover P&P costs. We strongly recommend that you obtain a free "Proof of Posting" certificate from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
