Mark Philippoussis had struggled with multiple knee injuries, leaving him convalescing in a wheelchair for a time, prior to Wimbledon 2003. The 1998 US Open finalist seemed to be seeing his best performances as a professional tennis player in the rear view mirror. But, this matchup with Agassi changed all of that. Philippoussis fired 46 aces and grabbed a 5 set victory over the #2 seed and living legend of tennis. Agassi took a 2 sets to 1 lead but Philippoussis' serving & aggressive play ruled this day on grass. Mark made it to the final where he fell to Roger Federer, who began his streak of 5 straight Wimbledon titles. Set scores are 6-3, 2-6. 6-7. 6-3, 6-4.
