Torque to no more than 42NM
I’ve tested these to 65NM and they didn’t snap.
They have been tested and were fine at 42NM which is the OEM recommended torque setting on a Honda bike

Always use a torque wrench when fastening bolts. A number of people over the years snap these after using way too much force and more than 65NM.
Then they message me telling me they used a torque wrench and that they snapped at 42NM. These people I ban from any further purchases because they a danger to themselves and dishonest.
Forged bolts are stronger than machined bolts.
Titanium bolts snap when over tightened, steel ones won’t snap but will be severely weakened

All bolts made from Grade 5 (6Al/4V) titanium with rolled threads

Titanium is more corrosion resistant than Stainless Steel

Some Titanium parts are actually cheaper than OEM parts even though the metal itself cost ten times the price of steel.

Some parts are no longer available from the big manufacturers so we've had them made in Titanium.

Postage is free to the UK and reasonably priced worldwide.

All items are actually in stock so unlike some of the large parts house you'll get your part quickly.

All parts are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

Shipping is free to the UK unless otherwise stated.

There's express delivery in pretty much every listing which is £8. This is sent registered delivery and I stop everything to get it in the post before 5:30pm

The post is done at least once a day. Everything is posted within 24 hours.

Most stuff is posted 1st class. For cheaper items 2nd class postage is used which is 3-5 working days.

Postage worldwide is pretty cheap. Usually £3.5 for items less than 100gm to Europe.

£4.50 for 100gm outside Europe.

Higher value items are posted tracked and signed for and the tracking number is added to eBay.

Photos are taken of your parts alongside the postage label so if I make a mistake we can see it immediately and there's no debate to make the deal good.

If you're after a load of parts, you should be able to "add to cart" then request total from me and I'll send it the most cost effective way for you.

If that isn't possible you may like to buy from our website which has weight based shipping and may save you a small fortune.

There are some countries I won't sell to and that's because I've had difficulty with the postal system in those countries.

The list is, Spain, Greece, Israel, Mexico, Singapore and South America.

I state Economy delivery to far away countries like Australia even if I post it express. This is to prevent more anxious customers lodging disputes too early with all the emails back and forth and then it turning up a couple of days later than they expected.

If buyers lodge 'item not recieved disputes' I won't trade with them again unless the part turns up and they pay for it. I refund when the dispute has been escalated and won't send replacement parts for risk of losing those too.

Proof of postage is usually uploaded to eBay so everyone can see I've actually posted the part.

Returns

30 days returns. Sometimes I take returns after 30 days because fixing bikes takes time, but I won't be able to refund for the eBay fee after 30 days.

Do a return request through eBay so I get my eBay fees back. I'm pretty easy going about such things and try and get the refunds done immediately.

Obviously, don't go wrecking something with Hulk power and trying to return it for a refund.

Torque bolts to the same tightness as the workshop manual says. Titanium stuff snaps beyond OEM recommendations so if you snap a bolt, it's because you haven't used a torque wrench and are using hulk power
