You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #RH-1 "Ranch House."  

This is a pink side with gray roof and gray trim. This kit is in "like-new" condition - hardly looks used!


The box is in very good condition for it does have some torn corners and shelf wear.

This IS the first box style for it is stamped with both the roof color (gray) and the wall color (pink). See photo #8.


These ranch houses always look very striking on the Plasticville layout or collection for they come in a variety of color combinations.
