1986-1993 Dodge Ram Van B150, B250, B350 Vent Windows Seals/Grommets/Gaskets. Condition is "New". This listing for set of replacements seals for single Vent Windows seals + lock latch. These are made to reduce or remove completely wind noise/ Whistle. Water tight and no more leaks! Seals are 3D printed of fuel and oil resistance rubber.

Installation Instructions:

You dont have to remove the Vent window glass completly just to replace seals!

1) Start from top Hinge -> Unscrew Top hinge -> Remove old seals/gaskets and clean from glue -> Make sure both (Hinge Mount and Hinge Screw) metal surfaces are clean to metal -> Install new Seals -> Dont over tight the screws as glass can brake!

2) Buttom Hinge -> Unscrew Top hinge -> Remove old seals/gaskets and clean from glue -> Make sure both (Hinge Mount and Hinge Screw) metal surfaces are clean to metal -> Use Bigger Seal and install it

3) Windows Latch/ Lock -> Remove the pin(use DW40 or similar products in advance) -> Remove the handle (some times these do sit tight) -> Dont lose small springs and other parts -> Clean all the parts -> Remove old seals/gaskets and clean from glue -> Install New seals and use some lube/grease for inside mechanism

DONE!

If you want to remove wind noise/ Whistle. Some times you will need to remove Vent Windows Black Rubber and put it back using good lube/Soap (Rubber Friendly). Because they dont sit properly from the Factory and causing to create a gap, between glass and the black rubber seal in the corner. If you see any gaps betweeb black rubber and glass - this is what causing the wind noise/ Whistle.

Seals are black in colour!
