We cannot guarantee delivery dates (as much as we would like to!) as once it is in Royal Mail / My Hermes care, it is subject to their delivery times, which may vary due to location, weather and peak times. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES We are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of item, if you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or size, or to simply return the item please keep tags attached. Postage and packaging will not be refunded, buyer pays for return postage.
