Polaris uses the 3 and 4 position keyswitches in their vehicles so please be sure you need the 3 position unit

  • 3 position switch has off, on, and spring return start
  • 4 position switch has off, on, lights on, and spring return start

There are two possible ignition key switches for many Polaris models from 2005 to 2015. This key switch has three positions (Off, On, Start) and fits mostly North American versions of these models. The other key switch has four positions (Off, On, Accessories, Start) and fits mostly the European / International versions of these models. That key switch is part RMS110-101789. Always check in the 'Fits models' section and please compare to your original part before buying.

There are two possible ignition key switches for the 2004 ATP 330, ATP 500, Sportsman 400 and Sportsman 600 models. This key switch has six pins. The other key switch is RM05020 and has four pins. Please compare to your original part before buying.

Some models, such as General 1000 and Ranger 2017, have known problems with the original ignition switch. As a result, we have made sure our customers have a higher quality than the OEM.

Please keep in mind that if you install this key switch in your vehicle and it's still not starting then it's very likely that the key switch was not your problem to begin with.
