5 Year Limited Warranty Living Healthy Products, LLC From the date of purchase in the US or Canada, Deluxe Comfort guarantees to repair or replace any item found
defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use, and following care instructions. This excludes: Damage, including, but not limited to, warping, overheating, pitting, or deterioration that occurs from misuse or
abuse.
Damage caused by use of the item in a Non Normal way. Damage caused by failure to follow use and care instructions. Minor imperfections and slight color variations, which are normal. Damage or defect to inner fill materials components
Deluxe Comfort will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to the Deluxe Comfort products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Should your Deluxe Comfort product require warranty
service, please contact our Consumer Service Department by phone or website per below for a warranty evaluation and return authorization number. Upon approval of your claim, Deluxe Comfort will repair or replace the item without
charge.
If the replacement product is no longer in production, one of equal or greater retail value will be given. Deluxe Comfort Limited Warranty This product is guaranteed by Deluxe Comfort for a period of 5
years
against any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, starting from the initial date of purchase.
Order Cancellation: We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed. Please note: "in process" includes being prepped
for
shipping and/or being placed on a pallet for departure, which can occur hours or even days in advance depending on the item. Therefore, items shipping from manufacturers may require several days to confirm cancellation, if possible.
We
always recommend canceling an order as soon as possible. Also, If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges,
return
shipping fees or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.
Damaged Products: Please inspect your package when it arrives. If it is defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Please provide a detailed description as to
what
is wrong with the item as well as your order number and contact information.
Return a Product: If you receive a product and it doesn't fit, or it is not what you expected it to be, most products can be returned. Product must be in its original packaging with
all
Instruction/Warranty paperwork. Product must be unused. To return a product please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You must request an RMA within 10 days of receiving the product. All Returns must be complete within
30
days. Orders returned without an RMA# may not be identified or recognized and be returned back to sender and no refund will be issued. If order is identified and order is returned without an RMA# the product being a return will be
charged
a 40% restocking fee and will included all actual shipping cost associated with the order. Please Note: For products sold with promotions, coupons, or free shipping programs, you will be responsible for the actual
delivery and return shipping fees that incurred to transport your item. Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee applies to some returns. Non-Returnable Products: Items not in
original
packaging. Items that have been used. Certain products such as bathroom safety aids, catheters, erection aids, pillows, cushions, braces, supports, pessary's, c-pap masks, c-pap chinsstraps, cast , commodes, covers, and of the LIKE,
will
never be a accepted return due to Michigan and Florida State Law regarding hygiene items. Special orders and any custom made product configurations and equipment, are not returnable. Use RMA Number: The RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be visible on each package. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and returned back to you. Returned products must be in new condition, in the original packaging with all paper
documentation. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Credits and Refunds: We will credit your purchase, less shipping and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in
like
new condition. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return. Order Cancellations: If you have placed an order with us and need to cancel it, please contact us
immediately,We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping; however we cannot guarantee that it hasn't shipped. Normal cancellation fee is 5% if your order has been processed. If your order has shipped, you will be
responsible for the shipping charges to you and the return to us. This will be considered a return and treated accordingly. Orders for non-returnable products cannot be cancelled once shipped. Custom orders - the order is processed
and
assembly has begun. Please - Do not refuse a parcel: Since many products must be shipped back to an address other than where it was originally shipped from, never refuse a product. Refusing a shipment will
result in 40% re-stocking charges plus all shipping costs. Also, without an RMA number, the package may not be identified or recognized as being a return and credit will be not be issued. Terms: For all
