Please don’t request a particular drum as I can’t guarantee the size or colour. Please note that the pedal is not included in the sale. The picture shows you how to use a pedal with the drum rather than trying to imply that the pedal is included. Read on!

As you can see, I’ve a lot of these. You will receive one converted tom. It may be 12” or 13”, it may be any colour. These work perfectly and are really cool. Very light and easy to transport but are not professional quality drums. They are totally functional in the way we’ve described but please don’t expect the earth for the price you’re paying! That said, if you’re not happy, send it back for a refund. They’re really cool for easy transport, nice and light, great for small venue gigs or just for a practice bass drum. Best to stick a little bit of dampening in them, a rolled up towel or similar and then they produce a nice solid thud.

See the video in the second picture position. You may want to turn your sound down a little initially!

The last 3 pics are of my own set up. I use one of these for rehearsals and sometimes for gigs. I can play them as hard as a standard bass drum. I’ve discovered that if you position your snare stand and cymbal stand so that the bolts fit through the double bracing, there is absolutely zero bass drum creep if you can use this method.

Originally a tom from a beginner drum kit but some long bolts fitted to act as legs. The pedal (not included) is clamped to the cardboard that the whole thing sits on. See pics. The pedal doesn’t actually clamp to the drum. Any cardboard platform will last about 20 hours playing time and you can simply spin the cardboard round as each side wears out.

22mm Tom Mount arm socket remains so possible to add bits and pieces, toms, percussion, cymbals, lots of possibilities!

Great For Busking or small venue gigs as so easy to transport and incredibly light. Ready to go out of the box it comes in. Note the pedal (not included) doesn’t actually attach to the drum but to the cardboard. The cardboard not only clamps the pedal, but also you can allow the bolts to sink into the cardboard to act as an anchor. Use the box that it arrives in to make the first cardboard platform. Easy to replace the cardboard platform from any other box. Proper recycling!
