All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier

Royal Mail items paid for before 1:00pm will be shipped the same day via Royal Mail 48. While most items are delivered in the 48 hour time slot please wait 5 days before contacting us if your item hasn't arrived as Royal Mail do not class the item as lost until 10 working days has passed.

Orders over 2kg are shipped via 48hr Courier service (Mon-Fri) when purchased before 11am

We accept payment via Paypal or Bank Transfer.

Any item collected by the customer must be paid for on collcetion via Cash or Card, 

we cannot accept payment for collected items by Paypal.

Returns will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within  30 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange. Please contact us via eBay to arrange a return

A fee may be deducted of up to 50% for items not returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your item is faulty or was incorrectly sent you must contact our customer service department for advice before returning the  parcel and we will endeavour to get this resolved promptly.  We are unable to accept liability for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post  and you keep your receipt as proof of postage.

If you have made a mistake on purchase and wish to cancel the order before it is dispatched please contact us by email as quickly as possible.
