Payments We only accept PayPal as our payment method. We do not accept postal orders or cheques. Please note that we require immediate payment on all our orders, you will be required to submit payment information at the time of placing your order.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. You can email us regarding any combined postage request through eBay Messages.
Shipping Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner.
All orders will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and bank holidays.

Returns Returns are accepted, If you are not satisfied you can return your product within 14 days. If this is the case please contact us immediately to organize your return, you can do this by emailing us on eBay or contacting us by telephone. All returns must be posted in original condition and packaging to ensure uncomplicated refunds. All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice. Returns will not be accepted if in a non-resalable condition, worn or washed. Please be aware when trying on items that you make sure the items are not scented or marked by any perfumes, smoke etc. Any items with this will not be accepted for return. When you return your product please supply us with the following information: Full Name, Address, eBay user ID, Date of Return and Reason for return.
All customers are liable for the cost of postage and packaging on any returned items. Postage costs will not be refunded. Customers are encouraged to take note of the package tracking number, which acts as proof of return. Once your item has been received, we will let you know, and will further issue your refund excluding the original delivery charge. All costs of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We will refund you using the original method of how you paid, so if you paid through PayPal we will refund you back through PayPal.
When returning items which were FREE postage when originally bought, there will be a reduction of £.99, £1.99 or £2.99 on the overall price depending on the weight of the item.
Faulty Goods: All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. The postage cost will be refunded for damaged or incorrect items.
Non Faulty Goods:
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage will need to be paid by the buyer.
