Published by H. Belden & Co. of Toronto in 1881. Bound in half leather with gilt-stamped cloth over boards, pp. (liii), (i-xx), 101, (2), plus a 12-page Biographical Directory of Subscribers.

Condition: Boards are heavily worn and completely detached, spine leather has worn away, several pages have short tears and marginal dampstaining. Overall “good only” condition with the maps still bright.
