A supper sized or serving plate made to celebrate the Investiture of the Prince of Wales in July 1969. The surround is in high relief with gilded (or gold toned) as shown in the images.

 

In good used condition without chip, crack or restoration but there is some fine crazing which can be seen on close inspection in certain lights.

 

Displays extremely well.
