Shipping

We do not ship under customers' accounts nor offer special or expedited shipping services. Under normal circumstances, we ship all items within two (2) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please view the shipping tab above to review the shipping options.

Returns

We hope you are pleased with your purchase; however, we understand that occasionally, you may need to return an item for various reasons. The first thing to do is to contact us immediately. We will attempt to arrive at your satisfaction.

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within seven (7) days after you received the item.

If you have changed your mind regarding the purchase and wish to return a non-defective item, please attempt to do so within seven (7) days. All return costs will be buyer responsibility in this case. The return shipments must include tracking. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Warranty

All items, unless noted otherwise, are warrantied for 30 days. Warranted returns will be replaced or repaired. When a purchased item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued (not applicable for items purchased in error or damaged by customer misuse).
