All items include FREE SHIPPING to US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We no longer offer International Shipping.

I ship USPS Flat Rate First Class for most all orders.  Standard Shipping orders are shipped with ebay tracking. You may opt for Expedited Shipping. Expedited orders are sent Priority Mail, 2-3 days once shipped and are usually shipped by next day. If you need your order sooner please contact me before ordering to see if I can accommodate your dates.

Delivery times once shipped are usually approx 5-9 days.

 
 

 

RETURNS

No Returns Accepted on any personalized items. 

If there is an error in printing, and it is an error on MY part I will gladly replace your order at no cost to you.  If the error is from the buyer's end you will be charged for replacement.

I offer lots of font styles to choose from!

Include your font style choice when sending your print info. If no font choice is given I will print

the font & color shown in the listing. 

I can print in any color you need, matte finish inks only. No metallics. 

PERSONALIZATION:

During  checkout, please be sure to add your information in the "Message to  Seller" box or send me a separate message with your print info.


Needed to fill your order:

1. Print info EXACTLY as you want it printed

2. Font style and color (there is no color chart, I can print any color but white or metallics)

If you do not send info to process your order, it will delay your order being processed. I  will contact you if we don't have the information needed to complete  your order. If you do not respond the Address info in your PAYPAL payment info will be printed on your labels.
