Order processing time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note, Australia Post DOES NOT run over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm – Sunday will be dispatched with Australia Post on Monday.

Stock availability

Most of our products are available to be shipped once payment has been made (unless otherwise specified in the description). Please note that some items are available to be pre-ordered and have a specific shipping date in the product description. In the event that there is a problem with your item ordered, we will advise you via phone or email and send out your order as soon as possible. 

Australian Domestic Shipping

For all Australian orders, Honey Peaches charges a flat rate of AUD$8.95 with FREE Shipping for orders over AUD$70. We use Australia Post Express for next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). For Regional areas outside the express post network, please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

Australia Post Express provides you with a unique tracking code for your parcel that can be tracked online via the following link: http://auspost.com.au/track/

In the event that you have not received your items within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your local post office for collection.

Honey Peaches will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit. We only post items to given addresses. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Honey Peaches and the cost of re-shipping the order will be covered by the customer.

We want you to absolutely adore what you order from Honey Peaches! If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with or doesn’t fit, you can return your item provided that it adheres to our conditions of return.

Conditions of Returns

  • Returns must be organised to be sent back to Honey Peaches within 7 days (for Australia) and 14 days (for Rest of the World) of receiving your order
  • Any items returned after 7 days (for Australia) and 14 days (for Rest of the World) of purchase will be denied
  • All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer's expense.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags and swing tags still attached.
  • Items must not smell of perfume/deodorant or washing powder so please take due care when trying on your order. 
  • Any shoes returned must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box. We are unable to accept shoes returned with scratched or dirty soles.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained (make-up, fake tan) or altered won't be accepted. 
  • Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be processed.
  • Rejected items will be sent back to customers but at customer’s own expense.  


What Cannot be Returned

  • For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless for a manufacturing fault


Store Credit

Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer. Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.

Faulty/Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products; therefore all items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, in the unlikely event that you have received a item, which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately quoting the order number and fault/incorrect item.

We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended.

In the event of a manufacturing fault or incorrect item being sent, we will gladly refund you the shipping cost once we receive your item. For returns from Australia to the value of AUD$10 and for the Rest of the World to the value of AUD$15.
