DF AIR FORCED Gas Burner for Large Forges and Furnaces, Efficient and Economical

DF AIR FORCED burner (308,000 BTU). Powerful and efficient. It is intended for large forges and furnaces. It reaches welding temperature in all large forges and melting temperature in large furnaces. It’s an excellent choice for professional use! Our nozzle design is lasting longer and increases the burner's efficiency. Burner's Nozzle is made of 304 Stainless steel (burner's nozzle at the widest place is 5cm). Its operating pressure range 1 - 25 PSI. The forced air burner runs much hotter, heats faster, and allows you to adjust air to gas ratio for optimal heat and gas usage. The forced air burner is simple, it can be hooked up to any air compressor and by opening the ball valve adjusts the air to gas ratio creating a super hot flame. It also reduced fuel consumption and heating time.

Air compressor requirements:

- Need 2HP power, 24 liter receiver and 100 liter per minute compressor.

Our burners are manufactured for work with:

  • Butane
  • Propane
  • Butane + Propane Gas
  • LPG
Our burners don't work on Natural Gas.

Table explanation:

ATM: Gas pressure from gas pressure regulator (in Atmospheres). 1ATM - 1.01Bar - 14.5PSI
PSI: Gas pressure from gas pressure regulator (in Pounds per square inch). 1PSI - 0.06ATM - 0.068Bar
BTU/Hr: British thermal unit per hour. 1 BTU/hr = 0.00029307107 kW
LBS/Hr: Pounds per hour. 1 lbs = 0.45359237 kilograms
Kg/Hr: Kilogram per hour. 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 lbs
