I am not a professional grader by any means, but I do try to grade as accurately as possible.  I have provided down below how I chose to grade the cards.  I like to grade more conservatively and will down grade a card if I don't feel it lives up to a higher level.  So some cards may turn out to be a level higher than what is advertised.

Cards may hold one or more of these criteria.

Lightly Played "LP" - The shine has softened on the front and back, slight whitening in a few spots along the edge of the back

Moderately Played "MP" - The shine softened even more on the front and back, whitening is a little more prominent around the edge, subtle scratches that show up in the right angle, small bits of debris

Heavily Played "HP" - The card has more significant whitening around the edges, more scratches on the front and back, card has small bends and/or creases, scuff marks, more bits of debris
