Refunds, Repairs, Returns & Replacements Policy
If you find a fault with any new product (ex-demo, or items marked as untested and sold as seen and cannot be returned, the price reflects this) you must immediately notify us within 48hrs of receipt after this we are sorry but we cannot accept claims because the courier companies (responsible for 99% of all damage) place a 48hr limit on our claims to them. If we cannot repair it we will give you a replacement, if no replacement is available we will give you a full refund.
If you are returning it because it is not what you want for some reason then, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the value of the goods. However, refunds in these circumstances will be subject to a re stock / sterilisation charge of 15% of the original purchase price and postage charges will be borne by the customer.

PAYMENT:
We expect that you make your payment within 24hrs of purchase, preferably immediately after the auction or Buy-It-Now purchase has been made.  If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us and we will give you an address and payee instructions. When the cheque has been cleared we will process your order.

DELIVERIES:
We use Royal Mail signed for services for parcel deliveries. All items are shipped within 2 working days of payment being received. We will not drop ship to third party destinations but will ship to Ebay approved consolidation companies for export overseas.

CHECKING YOUR DELIVERIES:
IT IS VITAL, and in your own interest, to open, unwrap and inspect the goods thoroughly before signing the driver’s form (the drivers form says ‘received in good order’ above your signature). If somebody else is going to receive the goods on your behalf (maybe a receptionist or a neighbour for instance) please tell them to inspect the goods before signing.

If you do not have time to inspect the goods or even suspect that the goods are damaged write ‘DAMAGED' on the driver’s form next to your signature.
It is the carrier companies that have insisted that the inspection occurs, so do not be embarrassed about keeping the driver waiting – it is how they want to play it! We can’t think of any other way to protect you from careless handling.
