This is a 1991 edition of The Bird House Book, How to Build Fanciful Bird Houses and Feeders, from the Purely Practical to the Absolutely Outrageous, by Bruce Woods and David Schoonmaker. Hardcover with dust jacket. Published by Sterling Publishing Co., NY. Printed in Hong Kong. 128 pages. 9” x 10” x 1/2”.
Good condition. Dust jacket shows wear and has small tears, and a larger torn piece missing at the top near the spine. Book covers have a little bit of surface wear at edges and corners. Interior pages are in very good condition with no tears, stains, writing or creased pages.

Photo’s taken are all the same product. Colors may vary because of difference in computer monitors, the angle of the camera when photo was taken, or even the time of day that the photo was taken as we photograph in natural daylight. I have noticed that any close ups taken always come out a lighter color than photo’s taken at a distance because of reflected light. I do my best to adjust the photo’s to get the accurate colors but it sometimes isn’t possible to get it exact. So what you see on your monitor may appear slightly different in shade. Also, some items with a reflective surface may have some reflections from either the photographer or the surrounding area.

We love the idea of reducing waste by re-using and recycling Great items that still have a lot of life left in them, and keeping them out of the environment and landfills. We love vintage anything and are also on the lookout for any kind of textiles, clothing, and quality made shoes, or handcrafted items, anything of good quality. All of our used clothing is freshly laundered and/or sanitized before selling (used shoes and textiles are also sanitized). We try our best to give the best representation of the item as possible with our limited set up. If clothes are dry clean only we don’t go to the expense of dry cleaning to save on the item cost to the buyer, but we do spray sanitizing spray when possible. We always try to photograph and mention any stain or any other kind of flaw or defect that we see, no matter how small, so that you will know exactly what you will be receiving, but we aren’t perfect, now and then something might escape our attention.
PAYMENT: Payments are processed through Ebay’s payment system and item must be paid within 5 business days or item will be re-listed and a non-paying buyer will be reported to eBay.
SHIPPING: We normally ship on Tuesdays and Fridays (unless circumstances or holidays interfere). We do combine shipping for multiple items. Feel free to contact us for an accurate quote. Shipping is by the weight and size of the box shipped and we don’t add any handling fees. Clothes and non-breakable items are shipped in bubble envelopes when possible. Most other items, Books and VHS tapes, are shipped in boxes, with the exception of small paperback books, they are shipped in bubble envelopes unless previous arrangements are made by buyer. Everything we ship comes with USPS tracking and insurance.
RETURNS: 30 day returns, buyer pays return shipping with tracking. Item must be returned in original purchased condition. We will refund original purchase price minus the original shipping charges.
