If for any reason you are not happy, then please contact us with 14 days of receipt and follow instructions as outlined below. If you return the product in it's original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund your money (excluding postage costs), or provide you with an alternative if required. You will need to pay for the return postage and the cost of re-sending an alternative back to you. Any difference in value will be payable/refunded as appropriate.
