Most customers prefer to order their actual wrist measurement, as the knotted clasp gives you flexibility if you want to wear it a bit looser. As a guideline, the average girls size is 5 to 6 inches, teens are 6 to 7 inches, women's size is 7 inches, and men or larger wrists around 8 inches.
