This engine for sale is a Mazda 6 CX-5 Skyactive 16V refurbished engine EXCHANGE

With our refurbished product the engine will be fully stripped down. The block checked for size, new piston rings fitted, crankshaft polished OR reground and polished if required, new set of mains & big end bearings fitted. The oil pump & the balance shaft stripped down, checked and serviced.  

The cylinder head is fully stripped down, pressure tested, cleaned thoroughly cleaning including decarbonised in acid, wire wheeled and pressure washed. Valve guides checked and replaced if required, valves seated, seats ground, valves faced, and vac tested. The cylinder head then skimmed and reassembled including new modified camshaft and  valve stem oil seals replaced.

Our engines will take approximately take 4-7 working days from confirmed order / payment. We have the in-house knowledge and equipment necessary to see that it is done quickly and with precision. This engine come with in house 12 months OR 12,000 miles parts only warranty subject to our conditions.

 in addition, just like the engines we recondition or remanufacture in our shop, we guarantee our workmanship and parts against defects, cracks, and damage. NOTE:

Before making any purchase, please ensure your old unit is correct and identical to the pictures of our unit. If you are unsure, you can e-mail us pictures or information of your unit and we will assist to avoid any confusion.

This unit is being sold on an  EXCHANGE  basis and a deposit / surcharge of £650 is required. The deposit will be refunded -less paypal charges once the exchange unit returned as we supplied with no external damage , No missing parts and has not been stripped down and re-assembled.

Your surcharge / deposit will be refunded once we have received your old unit that should be the same as we supplied. Any damage or missing parts from your old unit may incur a charge.

UK Mainland courier cost to deliver and collect your old engine is £140 - UK Mainland ONLY

Overseas delivery charges vary and we need to confirm the cost for the destination, before we issue the invoice. Therefore, IF you are an international customer, buy the item, but do not pay for it, until we send you the final invoice detailing the delivery costs and surcharge for your old unit.

IF you pay for the item, before any surcharge or delivery charges are applied, then an additional paypal invoice will be sent, that will have to be paid, before we dispatch the head or engine.
