POSTAGE POLICY

We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed within 1 or 2 working days.

Please note that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays, and courier companies do not collect or deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am - 5:30pm. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched from our premises on the following Monday.

Our default shipping courier is royal mail, but some orders may need to be diverted to other carriers, for different reasons such as due to size/weight/product restrictions or for any technical reason.

Please note that we can only dispatch to the address you provide as the delivery address on your PayPal payment. We are unable to accept change of addresses over email. But PayPal does allow you to change your delivery address when making payment.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We always try to keep our inventory and stock level up to date to fulfill all your order on time and to avoid the order cancellation from our side but in some cases due to various unforeseen circumstances; we are unable to fulfill your order and must cancel it. In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible and full refund will be issued promptly.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is any issue with stock or any other issues. Also prior to placing order with us, you can email us to ensure either the item is available for immediate fulfillment or you need any additional information, we will respond you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

RETURN POLICY

We try to be fair and accurate with all our auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction and bid carefully.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

We offer refund at returning the item at any situation. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake. (It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!!

If the items are not as described or received faulty goods, we will offer a Merchandise Credit. In some cases this will be minus shipping and eBay fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we'll pick up everything. Bottom line, we want you happy!

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds on any item which is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling charge is non - refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 3 to 4 working days to your PayPal (or original method of payment).
