Mate Green Menta Boldo is an innovative composition of the classic Brazilian yerba mate despalada with herbs.

It will be perfect in hot weather, prepared in terere form with ice or hot.


The composition of yerba mate:
Brazilian air-dried yerba mate, 90% devoid of sticks. mint herb, boldo herb, lapacho leaf, devil's claw powder.

Delivery

  • We dispatch orders usually in 2 days after receiving a cleared payment, either via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Once the package has been dispatched we will update the status of your order on eBay and provide you with tracking number of the package and name of the shipping company that will deliver the package to you in your country - adequate to postal company in given country (or simply, tracking number of the GLS company, depending on which shipping service is more beneficial).
  • The package will be delivered to you within 3 to 20 working days after the package has been dispatched - depending to which country. Delivery to countries in Europe or Near East usually takes from 3 to 10 working days and delivery to countries outside of Europe or on the Scandinavian Peninsula usually takes from 10 to 20 working days.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible stating details of your order. You will be refunded in full, providing the order hasn't been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it can be returned for a full refund. For unwanted items, the period for returns is 30 days. If you have committed to buying an item, haven't paid for it and wish to cancel it, please contact us and we can arrange for the sale to be cancelled. This process requires you to formally accept a cancel item request. If an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace the item. Please send us the photo(s) that clearly show the problem via eBay messages, and we will immediately resolve the problem in your favor. If the damage is not possible to show on a photo or video, or you do not have access to send such files, please contact us to arrange returning the item for a replacement or refund. For all types of returns/refunds, please provide us with the date of purchase and item title to enable us to respond very quickly to your issue. We work hard to resolve all issues and aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

Our preferred method of postage is by Polish Post, which they then forward the parcel to adequate postal company in given country - note that we do not take any responsibility for any delays or damaged packages, if the package is already in hands of the postal company, as those are third party companies, thus we simply cannot interfere with their working policy.
