What is sesame seed oil?
Sesame oil is the oil obtained from sesame seeds. Sesame oil is widely known for cooking and has been used on skin since ancient times for its its amazing properties.
Sesame seed oil is 100% natural and is packed with antioxidants and fatty acids, perfect for moisturising the skin. This sesame seed oil is a refined carrier oil, golden yellow in colour with a neutral scent.
What can I use sesame seed oil for?
Massage oil – Refined sesame seed oil is an extremely good substitute for olive oil and has excellent longevity in massage preparations.
Moisturising creams - Sesame seed oil is a great addition to any anti-ageing recipes, moisturisers and skin treatments.
Barrier creams - You can make your own barrier cream using sesame seed oil to protect your skin against harmful uv lights.
Why should I choose sesame seed oil?
Sesame seed oil has strong antioxidant properties due to the presence of sesamin and sesamolin and its an excellent moisturiser. It also has anti-ageing properties and can increase the elasticity of the skin over time.
How will my sesame seed oil come packaged?
For sizes 100ml and under, your sesame seed oil will be packaged in an amber glass bottle. Any size above that, and your sesame seed oil will be packaged in a clear HDPE bottle.
