About us and terms
We are a British company based in London. We don't ship from outside UK so you should expect your item in 1 to 3 working days after you place and paid for your item.
We dispatch items within 24 hours we receive payment for orders placed and paid before 1.00pm Monday to Friday by Royal Mail first class recorded. Please note Royal Mail first class service is not next day guaranteed so estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Returns
All our products are marked with stamps and void stickers and must not be removed. We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, we do understand that occasionally you may want to return your order for various reasons. We urge you to contact us immediately as your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we will bring the matter to your satisfactory conclusion
Warranty:
1. If the item has any problem in 1 month. We can provide a exchange or refund service. If over 1 month. We can help you to fix the item but if the fault can not be fixed after 30 days then we will not refund you, Buyer will be responsible for that. Buyers must contact us before send the defective item. (No refund after 30 days)
2. Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part. (warranty only extends on technical issues)
4.Warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft, loss, water damage, wear and tear abuse
3. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
