Shipping Returns

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once an order has been paid for, we will ship the item within one business days, usually within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 06:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday or the next business day in case of postal holidays. We use Canada Post to ship our items to Canada and US. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate physical address. Failure to provide an accurate physical address will result in a delay in your shipment.

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their items. We inspect and fully test each item that we sell. However, mistakes do happen and there may be issues when you receive your item. Do not worry, we are here to help! We encourage our customers to inspect their items physical and functional condition upon receipt to ensure that it conforms to the description of the item purchased.

Defective items. Our products come with a 60 days return/exchange guarantee (except for items advertised as broken). If we have a replacement item in stock, we will issue you a replacement. If we do not have a replacement, we will issue a refund. Please note that any items that do not state in the listing that a new battery has been installed will not be accepted for return/exchange based on the life of the battery.

Unwanted items. Buyers are responsible for returning unwanted items (bought by mistake, no longer needed, changed mind etc). Buyers must pay any associated return shipping fees or they may be deducted the return shipping costs.

In order to initiate a return, contact us via eBay messaging service. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved for a return, you will receive an email with return instructions and prepaid return label.

Please note that:

All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
Items that are altered in any way (including locking of unlocked phones) will not be accepted. If the returned item does not match the original condition, we will deduct the appropriate price difference from the final refund.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the item.
