*Window has been manufactured and glazed in accordance with Australian Standard 2047.1 & 1288-2006, to suit the nominated designed wind pressure of 700pa 33mps/150pa.
*7 Year Warranty
*Satin Chrome Keyed Latches & sash pulls as standard (Pictured)
*White Jamb liner system offers a state of the art mechanism that not only makes opening and closing the window easy, it also allows you to completely remove the sashes from inside for easy painting and cleaning. This is not normally possible with traditional Double Hung Windows.
*Window energy rating U-Value 2.89, SHGC 0.76
*Kiln Dried Hardwood Timber grown in Australia and harvested in Victoria under government regulations
*Weather Seals fitted around perimeter of frame
*Window Frame suits either Light Weight Wall Construction or Brick Veneer, frame depth with windmould on is 165mm, and without windmould frame depth becomes 138mm. All frames will be supplied with the windmould fitted loosely on for easy removal. (See Pictures Attached)
