He'd make a Great & Unusual Xmas Present.

I only have two of these so once they've gone, they've gone. As they're handmade they may vary slightly from the image.

They look great as a pair if you purchased them both as one faces forward & one to the side.

A Large Characterful Advocet with its long beak Garden Sculpture type Ornament which has been Handmade & Upcycled from metal white good appliances such as washers, dryers & cans etc.

It's been individually handmade from recycled material & unique with its own markings welding & construction processes. Quite primitively made which is part of its charm. Some of the metal is white & other parts are in black.

Being sold in used condition but purely due to the nature, material & how it's been made. There's odd scratches & bits of rust which seem to add to its character & it's how it's been made. Each one varies very slightly. It's also got an odd number of toes, 3 on one foot & 2 on the other. I suppose you could break one off but I'd rather just leave them as they were made. They stand fine.

Looks equally at home near to a pond, decking & patios or even indoors as an unusual & unique shelf piece. Great for the Home, Shop, Cafe or Garden.

Although it has been designed for the outdoors & has been lacquered, it will still weather so regular maintenance will keep it looking at its best.

From head to foot it measures approx 16" tall.

I believe they have also been sold by the both the National Trust & Kew Gardens.

Please be aware that it is not a toy. Due to the nature of the recycled materials it may have sharp edges & is designed for display only & not suitable for children.
