We are not experts. Our determination  is,  this is  design U72 .... we see in front of the ear what looks like a lock (?) of hair..

PLEASE NOTE :  THE SPOT SEEN IN THE SCAN  in front of the ear is  barely   visible on actual item. ..scanner seems to pick up more color than on actual pic.  

Appears to be  one vertical line at corner of the mouth. from our viewing    ** the white point tip  of the bust points to the #2 diamond.

. Used 1887- 1894. ,  there is one wrapper  offered for this auction.      This has  watermark # 12  ( see 3 times) 

This  is just the single sheet, like front of the wrapper . color is probably Oriental buff .. (?)                                   

color  of wrapper s a bit softer tone than see in the scan.
