Shipping

We are located in Brisbane, Australia. We ship our products Australia wide via Australia Post or Sendle (Courier Please & Fastway). Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday will generally ship the same day (Please note: This is same day dispatch and not same day delivery.) For faster delivery you must select the (Australia Post - Express Post) shipping option. There will be some rare occurrences where our stock levels are incorrect and it may take up to 5 days to ship a certain product. Please note that we cannot ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. The most common shipping method we use is Australia Post. Bulky items or items going to regional destinations, may be sent by courier.

Shipping Times

In the metro areas of Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, you can expect your order within 1-2 days after they have been dispatched with Express Post. If you are just outside the metro areas or in large towns, it can take an extra day or two for your order to get to you. Deliveries further afield may take a week (and occasionally more) from the time of dispatch. With Standard Shipping, we cannot guarantee the shipping times. Please select "Australia Post - Express" for fastest shipping times as other shipping options times cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need to be home for my package to be delivered?

No, you do not need to be home for Australia Post to deliver your package. Our standard is to mark the package as fine to be left in a safe area at the address. If you do wish to have it left please be sure to have your safe place registered with Australia Post or leave a delivery note with your order. We cannot guarantee that the Australia Post driver will leave the package, we can just direct them to do so. If you wish to sign for your package or have any special instructions, please leave a note at checkout and we will arrange this.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please be aware that disputes after 30 days from delivery will not be excepted. You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of us receiving this return. Please be aware that it can take your bank a few days to release the funds back into your account. We cannot process a refund until we have receive the item back to us.

If I am not happy with the product I have ordered, can I return it?

Yes, we have a 30 day money back guarantee. If product is not faulty, it must be in its original shape. For change of mind or incorrect sizing the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The product I have ordered does not fit my pet, can I return this?

Yes. Please be aware that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We can only give a sizing guide online and as each pet is different the guide will not work 100% off the time. You will need to try the item on to get the best fit.

My product was damaged when it arrived, what do I do?

Please contact us right away and we will have this sorted out for you. Products will break from time to time in transit. Please, if possible, take a couple of photos of the issue before getting in touch, so we can assess what went wrong. We will give you details on where to send them, once you get in touch.

Can I cancel my order?

We are not able to cancel orders placed between 8.00am to 3.00pm. As orders are sent straight to pick, pack and dispatched, we are not able to see an order has been cancelled and put a stop to this process during this time. If you place an order between 3.01pm and 7.59am, we will generally be able to cancel the order before it is sent to the warehouse.
