All our listing boards tested and passed before listing. 

Please contact us first before purchase because we have whole team working on TV repair in our warehouse, they will know what's happen to your tv after you tell us your TV's issue, that's way it will prevent too many prevent return for not right TV issue (Customer will pay for return label). We are happy to help customer out when customer honest with us about the issue.

We will not accept return if customer won't contact us before purchase. We will try to contact you before we ship out if we have chance. otherwise we have to cancel the order.

Please note, each order we ship out may have difference serial number with the model board in the photos because we have many of same boards in our inventory. The board in the photos maybe only one of our board “in stock”.

We keep all serial number on our boards on each customer's order, so please don't try to buy and exchange it with old board for return, if the serial number not match, and void seal on serial sticker broken, We record on each return package when our employee unpacking the package, careful check void seal mark, then scan the serial number. If it is not match, we will send the video straight to Ebay for evidence, We will refuse for the refund and report to Ebay to ban your account permanently Return Fraud.

We do really love honest customer, even if customer not sure if the board can help fix the TV, we will happy send out the board for you to test out after we discuss for conclusion in eBay message, if it didn't fix the issue, we will happily accept the return.
